Choppy Crop - Terms and Conditions

Choppy Crop provides a simple image cropping tool that operates directly within the Canva platform. By accessing and using Choppy Crop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.1. Use of Our ServiceChoppy Crop allows users to crop images directly within Canva. The following terms apply to your use of Choppy Crop:Service Description: Choppy Crop is a tool that allows you to edit images by cropping them according to your preferences. No images are stored or saved by the app; all modifications are made in real-time and saved directly in your Canva design project.Permitted Uses: You may use Choppy Crop for personal or commercial purposes to modify images that you are legally entitled to edit.Prohibited Uses: You are not permitted to use Choppy Crop in a way that:
- Infringes or violates the intellectual property rights or any other rights of anyone else (including Tritech Labs Limited).
- Violates any law or regulation.
Is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.2. Intellectual PropertyOwnership: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Choppy Crop app and its components, including any software, images, text, graphics, logos, and service marks are owned by Tritech Labs Limited or Tritech Labs’ licensors.
License to Use: We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use Choppy Crop as part of the Canva platform in accordance with these terms.
3. No WarrantiesChoppy Crop is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, including that the app will operate uninterrupted or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.4. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Tritech Labs Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses that result from the use of, or inability to use, the service.5. Changes to These TermsWe reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will always post the most current version on our website. By continuing to use Choppy Crop after we post any changes, you agree to the terms of the modified agreement.6.
